Problems Downloading or Opening a Kit

Did you turn off any anti-virus software or firewalls before downloading the kits?

Does the kit's table of contents appear on screen before you try to save it to your hard drive using the small diskette icon on the Adobe Reader menu?

Although we will usually respond to your request within 30 minutes, please allow four hours to receive a response from us during normal business hours.  Someone is on call 365 days a year to respond to your inquiries; however, responses received after 11:00 p.m. Eastern (10:00 central and 8:00 p.m. Pacific) will be answered the next morning.

Make sure that your email filter is not automatically sending our response to your junk mail folder.  Remember, credit and debt topics are often associated with spam email, therefore, your email provider might automatically send mail from us to your spam folder or delete it entirely before you even see it.  We respond to all email requests, so if you are not receiving a response from us, please check your spam or deleted folder before contacting us again.
