Kansas State Statutes Regulating Debt Collection / Debt Collectors

A state statute regulating debt collection agencies could not be located in the Kansas Code.  This does not mean there is not a statute, but that we could not find it after doing an extensive search.

The Kansas Code can be searched online at:  http://www.kslegislature.org/cgi-bin/statutes/index.cgi
