South Dakota State Statutes Regulating Debt Collection

A state statute regulating debt collection agencies could not be located in the South Dakota Code of Laws.  This does not mean that there is not such a code, but we did do an extensive search and could not locate it.

The South Dakota Code can be searched online at:  http://legis.state.sd.us/statutes/index.aspx
