On [date first letter sent] and [date second letter sent], I sent you letters disputing certain items in my credit report and asked that you reinvestigate them. Although 60 days have passed, I have not received a response to either letter. Attached are copies of both letters.
Your non-response to my previous correspondence is in clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which requires that you respond to consumer disputes in a timely manner. Because you have failed to respond, I am demanding that the information in dispute be removed from my credit report immediately. I have attached a copy of my credit report with the information I am demanding be removed highlighted in red.
Please send me an updated copy of my credit report with the disputed information removed as soon as possible.
